Call buttons are placed on each station. When patients need assistance, they push a button and staff are alerted.

How staff are alerted
LED Display
An LED display informs the staff when a call button has been pressed. In order to make either number disappear from the LED display, the staff must press the red key. The LED display can receive up to 16 simultaneous calls.
