3.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following categories of third-party service providers to operate our business. These providers may receive, process, or store your personal information on our behalf:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): We use CRM platforms to manage leads, sales opportunities, customer records, communications history, and quote generation. Your contact information, inquiry details, and business interactions are stored in our CRM.
  • Advertising and Analytics Platforms: We use Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Advertising, and LinkedIn Advertising to deliver targeted advertisements, track conversions, and analyze Site traffic. These platforms may receive hashed versions of your email address, phone number, name, and/or postal address (known as "Enhanced Conversions" or "Advanced Matching") to match your activity with your advertising profile and measure campaign performance.
  • Workflow Automation: We use automation platforms to transmit form submissions to our CRM, trigger follow-up processes, and synchronize data between our systems.
  • E-commerce Platform: Certain products are sold through third-party e-commerce platforms that process your payment, shipping, and order information subject to their own privacy policies.
  • Scheduling Services: We use third-party scheduling tools for appointment booking. When you schedule a meeting, the scheduling platform collects your name, email address, and any additional information you provide, subject to its own privacy policy.
  • Geolocation Services: We use IP-based geolocation services to determine your approximate geographic location for the purpose of pre-populating form fields (such as country).

These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide their services to us. However, each provider maintains its own privacy policy governing its use of data, and we are not responsible for their independent data practices.

3.2 Advertising Data Sharing

Important: To measure and optimize our advertising, we share certain personal information (including hashed email addresses, phone numbers, names, and postal addresses) with advertising platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook), Microsoft (Bing), and LinkedIn. This sharing enables these platforms to:

  • Deliver more relevant advertisements to you across their networks
  • Create audiences of similar users for advertising purposes

This data sharing occurs through technologies such as conversion tracking pixels, Enhanced Conversions, Advanced Matching, and Conversions API integrations.

3.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, sale of all or a portion of our assets, or similar transaction or proceeding, your personal information may be among the assets transferred to the acquiring entity. You acknowledge and consent to such transfers.
